Order Processing Time

At BCL Store, we strive to dispatch your outdoor gear as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners, the time it takes to reach you will vary. Delivery estimates depend on courier and destination. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, BCL Store cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Tracking Number

You can easily keep an eye on your package's journey. A tracking number appears on the customer order page once shipped. You will also receive an email notification containing the tracking link so you can monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we partner with reliable couriers, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will keep you informed if significant delays occur.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, the item may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned packages.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. BCL Store is not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing an order.
